Our six-point plan ensures that we work extremely closely with all of our customers so that the final product matches 100% with the initial requirements specification.

1.

Requirement gathering with you and your client resulting in a detailed requirement specification.

After initial consultation meetings we will produce a detailed requirement specification which will require your signature before work can commence. This will ensure that you are completely happy with what M2 will deliver. We ask that our customers work closely with us throughout this process to ensure a complete and concise requirement specification.

2.

Assistance with web template design and creation.

In many cases our clients will already have a good understanding of how they want their web application to look and function. However, to ensure that your site operates in the most efficient manner we are always 'on-call' to assist with the template design phase should you require it? Alternatively, we can produce our own template layouts which can then be tailored through a series of discussions to meet with your requirements. Once the templates and requirement specifications are produced we can move on to the next step.

3.

Weekly Progress Meetings

While we are working on your web solution we will post it up onto our secure staging server so that you can see ongoing development and progress. At this point, you will also be able to use our extranet portal application to make any observations and comments on the site which can be discussed at a weekly development meeting.

4.

First Phase Delivery

Once your site is completed, we will make it available on our staging server for your final comments. A two week period is made available for you to test the application and report any issues and request modifications (in accordance with the requirement specification).

All requested modifications are entered through our customer extranet portal so that we can address everything you have logged. In addition, you will be able to monitor the progress of all entries accordingly.

5.

Second phase delivery

Once step 4 has been completed and the necessary modifications have been made, we will require requirements sign off. This process ensures that you are happy with what has been delivered and that it meets the functionality set out in the requirements specification. Only when you are completely happy with your site will we ask for project sign-off. At this point we will provide full training to your users and administrators and finally upload your new site to our hosting servers for live implementation.

6.

Ongoing Support and Maintenance

It doesn’t end there… M2 offer a range of ongoing support and maintenance plans as well as providing a free monthly meeting to discuss anything you feel is relevant to your site.
For the first year you will also get free bug support and fix as standard ensuring your site runs smoothly and efficiently.
